Haven't been updating! Opps... Haha there goes my new year resolution. Oh well, here i am now!!
I just said that I had stopped doing stupid stuff but no... apparently that was part of my imagination. Now that I look back on the events in the past week, I realised that I'd been throwing my face around alot (丢脸, you know)
Event No. 1:
16 jan - Wild Wild Wet
Went to WWW with yuhui lydia ruth amanda rania and tingyi! We dedcided to slide down the dark tube thingy and guess what! I got stuck inside the tube -___- It was super dark and i took about 5 secs to realise that I was at the same spot I'd been 5 secs earlier. I tried pushing myself but I kept getting stuck!! OMG
And that was still not the most embarrasing part ok! In my panic I suddenly remembered a sign I saw while we were queueing that said some materials will cause you to stop. So I thought oh must be my fbts (fyi, most of us were wearing shirt and fbts over our swimsuits) and I TOOK OUT MY PANTS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WHOLE SLIDE! And I slid down the rest of the way holding my pants in my hands o.O And the whole way down I was trying to find a way to hold them as inconspicuously as possible (but failed)
Event No. 2:
either 18 or 19 jan, can't remember - on 171 going home after interview
The bus was quite crowded since it was almost the evening rush hour and I was standing near the exit door. There was this asc guy leaning against the ezlink card reader and he was falling asleep and looking as if he's going to collapse any sec. I was thinking "eh what if the bus jerks and he crashes into me?" and the next thing I knew, the bus jerked and I crashed into the guy behind me!! Seriously crashed! I was stepping on his toes and elbowing his stomach and everything! I was just willing to die on the spot xP
Event No. 3:
21 jan - going for an interview at clementi
A job agency called to tell me I had an interview at clementi at 2.15pm. They told me how to get there and I checked online and thought "oh quite easy there's a road just next to the bus stop which should lead me there" So i went and reached the bus stop 15 mins early!
But as I stood at the bus stop I was totally o.O!!! because at the place where my road was supposed to be there were only dense vegetation -___- I tried walking in one direction but couldnt find clementi loop anywhere so i turned back but realised it's even worse. So I called the agency to ask for directions adn my agent was trying to direct me but after 10 mins I realised I was walking in the opposite direction from what she was saying! So i turned back again and walked but after awhile her colleague came and told me to turn around agian! So in the end I walked along the same stretch of road for 5 or 6 times!! T.T There were some indian workers along the road and they must have thought I was nuts
Oh and I was 45 mins late for my interview. HAHAHA
Event No. 4:
same day - after interview
When i entered the compounds of the interview place I had to surrender my ezlink to the guard there to exchange for visitor pass. When I came out I was on the phone with yuhui and I just walked out of the place without getting my ezlink back!! I was already out of the gate before I realised and had to run back to get it. Rarh. And the guard was laughing at me!!! OMG
Yep so that's 4 of the most embarrassing events in the past week. One week leh! I wonder how I managed to survive 18 years of my life. Gosh
